Gran Canaria’s climate is pleasant all year round and, depending on orientation or altitude, has different microclimates that split the island into three bioclimatic regions: to the NE, the Alisio-canaria or Humid Island, the Dry Island to the SW and, above 1,500 m, the Cumbres.
To sum up, Gran Canaria has a mild climate, with no significant seasonal changes throughout the year. However, the climate contrasts over such short distances are surprising. This is what is known as a microclimate.

Very clean and well-equipped with everything one would need. A short walk through the beautifully-tended cactus garden took us straight on to the paseo and the beach. The sight and sound of the sea was ever-present. Our hosts, Marta and Beatriz, were lovely to deal with and very helpful and prompt in their responses. A wonderful week which we hope to repeat.

Faq's
When and how is the check-in done?
Most accommodations operate with self-check-in, meaning you enter using the codes sent to your email two days before your arrival (provided that you have previously sent us the required information to confirm the reservation). The check-in time is from 15:00 to 19:30, and in properties with self-check-in, you can arrive without any issues after 19:30. Early check-in service is subject to availability and is offered free of charge; please request it, and we will confirm if it is possible.
For properties with in-person check-in, you will not receive any codes in our communications. If your arrival at the accommodation is between 15:00 and 19:30, a team member will personally greet you at the property’s entrance at the agreed-upon time. For in-person check-ins outside of regular hours, you must arrange a taxi service, paid directly to the person providing it (costs €35 if the property is located in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and €40 if it is in San Agustín or Tejeda. Note: If the flight arrives after 23:00, the price increases).
In the event that the property requires in-person check-in, the check-in is outside of regular hours, and you do not need a taxi, a key delivery service is provided (payment is made to the person handing over the key) with the same prices and increases as the taxi service.
What should I do during check-out?
Generally, check-out is at 11:00 at the latest. The late check-out service is subject to availability, and the price is confirmed over the phone, with payment made via bank transfer.
Please, the only tasks during check-out are to leave the key inside the accommodation, take out the trash, and provide an evaluation of our services.
Where should the trash be disposed of?
In the street, you will find black containers where you can discard it.
What is the nearest parking facility?
Depending on the accommodation:
- If you are staying at Lovely Beach Accommodation, Radiant Beach Accommodation, or Beach Vacation Las Canteras, the closest parking is Aparcamiento del Puerto (UTE API-ANRO).
- For guests at Petit Accommodation (0, 1, 2, 3), Petit Accommodation Penthouse Las Canteras, Beach Accommodation Las Canteras (1B, 1C, 2A, 2B, 2C, 2E, 2D), or Minimalist Accommodation by the Beach, the nearest parking is located at C/Albareda, 55.
- If you are staying at Stylish Sea View Accommodation Las Canteras or Breeze Sea View Accommodation Las Canteras on Calle Tomás Miller, 40, the closest parking is there.
- Guests at Stylish City Vacation Gran Canaria can use the nearest parking at parking Saba Plaza España.
- For Luxurious Sea View Accommodation Las Canteras, the closest parking is at C/Velarde, 4, or at El Rincón (Ctra. Del Rincón).
- If you are staying at Oldy and Goldy Gran Canaria Rural, you can park in front of the house.
- For guests at Magical Sea View Accommodation Gran Canaria or Sunny Sea View Accommodation Gran Canaria, you will find the remote control inside the apartment to access the parking at Urbanización Nueva Suecia.
- Guests at Dreamy Sea View Accommodation Gran Canaria can use the private parking in front of the house.
